FERRO-BAR IRON WATERPROOFING: A fine-mesh waterproofing iron to be used in sealing pores in masonry surfaces by the well-known iron method. Applied to the dampened surface by brush in three or more coats. Final coat is covered with either a protective brush coat of equal parts cement and sand, or with a ½ inch cement and sand plaster coat. 25 pound covers 100 sq. ft. three coats. Dampen surface between each application.
